Fake/Real? "black-aperture", possible Half-Life 3/Portal 3 - Plot merging?

Ep2 and Portal 2 both mentioned each other in a fairly story-relevant way. Dont act surprised until you have played both games and payed attention to your surroundings.
EDIT: I decided to elaborate because some people havent played either.
HL3 was supposed tot ake place on the Borealis, a Ship owned by aperture science.
In portal 2, you can find the dock that the Borealis departed from, but it is in the run down areas.
If the timing is correct, the ending of portal 2 showed what the world was like at the end of episode 3.
