Aye, press the black arrow Middle Left, Click split Stereo track, now theres two black arrows, left and right, click each of them then press Mono. Finally Press File then export, Save as .ogg (ogg vorbis File) and replace Spaces with Underscores (if any)

Do Tracks>Stereo Track to Mono
