Blur - Banning for being corrected?

I've been in Blur's server when he hosted a racing thing. He banned several people when I was in there. He was literally going on a banning spree.. It didn't help when I started to joke and started listing off kill streaks only with the word "Ban" included in it instead. XD
Point is, he's ban happy.
