Need server ideas - What YOU would like to see hosted.

I have quite a problem. I'm going to be buying Kalphiter's hosting service around early January, but I have no idea whatsoever what people actually like playing at.
There are a few servers I don't want to host:
Freebuilds
Family RPs
CityRP
Salvage DM
Jail RPs
and no I will not buy you a server
let the suggestions begin

I find the idea interesting, but I don't know how well I could execute it. It would get popular fast, though.
I'll add it to the poll once enough suggestions are made, though.

Yeah, there is really a lack of (good) CTF/TDM (including slayer variants) servers.

If I were to host any TDM, CTF or King of the Hill map, I would use slayer. It is by far the best deathmatch mod I've experienced.
