Trying to port-forward. Can't get to my router's admin page?

I'm trying to forward my port in order to host my own servers on Blockland again by following the tutorial on the Blockland site, and I'm already stuck on step 1A!

I typed 192.168.1.1, etc. and nothing happened. I then tried reading the procedure to find my default gateway. It says on the first step to go to Start, then Run, which I can't do because I'm using Windows 7, and the tutorial dates all the way back to Windows 2000 or something. How do I get to this Start, Run thing on Windows 7?

Click on the windows icon (start), search "run" and then open it.
