making a vehicle

So i'm making a vehicle, a broomstick, and i got the animation i just need to know of what i need to do in joints etc...
info:
Just a 1 seat vehicle
same scripts as Magic carpet just named Broomstick
with more speed, etc.
so please some info on joints and stuff.
