I think Minecraft does a good job to scare you. 1. There's a much bigger risk to dying in Minecraft than in other games (since you can lose all the items you have on you) 2. stuff comes out of nowhere and wants you dead 3. You can be a long way from home and a long way from help (sitting at the bottom of the map and getting swarmed by monsters) Most games, even though they are eerie and things pop out at you, you can't really be that afraid. If something happens the first time and you die, you now have knowledge as to what awaits you after the reload. |
