Whois colleciton server mod sucks
for so many reasons
just putting that out there, because you can easily do a simple URL GET request, and just sift the HTML. You could even do a search, get past names, and so on.
No crappy server-mod required, no console spam made, does not require an external API, will contain almost all BLID's, and it's simple and efficiant.

What are you talking about?

What are you talking about?
The whois collection server mod that adds to the api that the whois app uses.

URL GET = connect to the url
HTML = the stuff that is outputted when you connect to the url

You are a moron.

I think he is trying to get you to parse HTML results from RTBs ID lookup service instead of creating your own database.

Oh wow, lol. They don't even work the same way. RTB only tracks people who have downloaded it, df tracks whoever has visited a server with it.

Right, because every blockhead has rtb. Look at the last page. Do you honestly think they got rtb before even changing their names?

My first name was
"death is your name"
and I didn't have RTB.

You are so wrong on that, I cannot even explain

This has potential for sure - it definitely sticks out of its crowd. Hopefully, you'll stick to development on this, as at this rate, you'll have a pretty big pool of appreciative users.

HOWEVER
IT NEEDS MORE GNOME 3:

If fluff is taking too long to do icons I could see if I have time to do some.

I have Adobe Illustrator (vector) as well as Adobe photoshop, so I have the tools.

We'd love it if you could make us some icons :)
