uno_da_cat - an starfish

--- Quote from: Jubel on December 29, 2011, 08:35:52 PM ---saying "buy norton" is just like saying you can stop a missle with a knife.
However, uno_dat_cat is still a blathering handicap. Half of the stuff he says makes no sense, and is aimed towards being the biggest richard on the forums.
He also excels at bringing up irrelevant points.

"Blathering" is really your favorite word, isn't it.

But I don't think you'd go into someone's topic to be a richard to them.

I don't think anyone actually read the topic at all then.
I mean seriously, if you did, you would notice how much of an idiot he was being. I actually thought he was trolling after he edited the op.
I was originally calling him an idiot until he edited it which made no loving sense at all. I don't see how
--- Quote ---I saw a 10 year old girl trip on the curb. I laughed a bit. She screamed so loud it was like a jet engine being raped.

has anything to do with the topic. I was asking if he was troll or just handicapped. I only argued for like the first 5 pages, so I really don't see where you all keep getting this "I ran around being a richard and arguing throughout the whole topic" stuff.
Also, I was a bit annoyed by the large group of people who thought they actually knew enough about viruses to come into my topic, not read a damn thing and post. I mean literally.. one guy suggested I download Malwarebytes.. when in the OP, I said I scanned with it already. You just shouldn't post in those topics unless you know what you are talking about.

I don't think "buy norton" and a few other quotes, stupid or not, is classification for a troll.

You could at least try what they're saying.
Restoring your system doesn't seem like a bad idea. You could have also downloaded avast! anti-virus. I mean, people are trying to help, and whether the know what they're doing or not, you don't have to insult them for it.

Actually, no, you should never give advice if you don't know what you are talking about. Restoring your system does nothing to get rid of a virus. I wasn't looking for people who don't know crap coming in and shouting about what they think they know. I wanted people who actually could, and DID help with quotes like...
--- Quote from: Böltster on December 29, 2011, 05:44:09 PM ---have you checked the startup tab in msconfig to see what's launching on boot?
--- End quote ---
--- Quote from: Volx on December 29, 2011, 04:57:21 PM ---I had this exact same virus.
I downloaded "TDSSKiller" and that got rid of it, and then I used Malwarebytes to remove the file.
Notice that the file is in the "Windows" folder, when it should be in the system32 folder.

--- Quote from: ShadowZero on December 29, 2011, 05:44:37 PM ---Check in TEMP and in C:\Windows usually they don't belong in there, its also strange that their in there if any.
Edit:Scan your svchost.tmp files and check system32 as well.

Not stupidity such as
--- Quote from: fred da kiko on December 29, 2011, 09:19:57 PM ---burn your computer, it is the only way.
--- End quote ---
--- Quote from: Lil Robot on December 27, 2011, 06:29:00 PM ---install malwarebytes.

--- Quote from: FFSO on December 29, 2011, 04:52:21 PM ---The svchost.exe virus is defined as scvhost.exe <-- the virus. Don't deny it when people say that, because it is true.

Dnitro, please don't tell me you honestly think restoring your computer to a later date would rid of a virus. I mean come on, really?
