Just go onto YouTube. Then type in GTA SA PC download
Then just click on any of the things that pop up that involve GTA SA Downloading
Check the ratings. If most red, do NOT download. If mostly green, Do download. BUT SCAN FIRST B4 OPENING FILES. The video will most likely help you extract the files and all that s**t. I hope this helps.

EDIT: I loved San Andreas and I had much fun in IV with mods. The euphoria mod for IV is awesome and doesn't even ruin the game. It's hilarious.
