This post actually makes a lot of sense.
We're more than welcome to do the same to every single other interest, idea, fanbase, culture, etc. Except we don't because normally we don't flaunt these things around.

Very rational way of putting it. Although I couldn't care less about pony stuff being posted, I suppose they should follow the guidelines mentioned in that paragraph.
