Cannot find old saves!

I cannot find any of my old saves! I went to the new blockland location, went inside the folder, saves, and all I saw was default saves. I need these to put on a flash drive, and transfer them to my big computer to run my server, help please!
[Picture] as you can see all of the saves are default I am missing lots of my builds.

Does your older Blockland folder still exist? If it does, copy them from there and put them in your current one, then copy them to the flash drive and move them.

I'm not sure if it does, do you know the path to find it for a mac? such as user/data/etc/etc

I would have no idea; I don't use Mac nor have I ever.
