Why don't my new Add-ons appear?

Have downloaded Game Mode Zombie and Ai_ZombieModePlus.zip I dropped them into my Add-on folder. Loaded up the game and my add-ons aren't there. I've even tried re-installing Blocklands.
I have looked on You Tube for help also in this forum but can't seem to find out why mine aren't working.

Make sure you're using the new folder for your Add-Ons. (username\Documents\Blockland\)

Before you start your server you should notice a box labeled "Add-ons" click this and it should bring up a list of all the Add-ons in your Add-on folder check the boxes next to the Add-ons you want to enable when you start your server
