Fourty-7 is a group of 3 people, Keonesan, TomTheGeek, and The_Russian experimenting with IceCast Internet radio and trying to run a internet radio station. The original thread faded away due to Keo focusing on school, and my counts of trolling the other stream (we're preventing this.). We decided to make a comeback on New Years' Eve, and we're doing all 4 timezones of the US. After that, we'll go back to regular streaming, and talk about other stuff if we ever get a talkshow running.
What kinds of music are we streaming?
From Dubstep to Alternative. Last time we had some exceptions for metal, but it got out of hand and we decided not to stream it.
It depends who is the DJ doing their time slot.
TomTheGeek : Alternative, Electronic, Drum n' Bass, and Dubstep
The_Russian : Mostly Drum n' Bass and Electronic
Keonesan : Alternative Rock and Others (Haven't talked to him yet.)
For those who are wondering, we will do a non-request stream up to 12:00 Midnight for Eastern time. After that will be all requests.
Stream + Live Chat will be open around 9:00 Eastern time. More on the topic after New Years', mostly because this is a WiP and wer're kicking it off today.
