RoadRunner (Bright House Networks) Ports Help

Hello and can someone figure out how to get the ports?
I tried a port checker but it looks like it was closed/blocked.
Is it RoadRunner or something else, because i wanna host a blockland server with a ping.

How did you really got in the SBG modem of bright house...

idk my modem is Scientific Atlanta 2203C
