You have a billion crappy add-ons installed which are probably causing problems 1 through 3. Notably the TGELobby is direct from a GG resource/rtb and is probably complete stuff. Also Support_Impulse.cs has a syntax error and doesn't even run.
Please describe issue 4 in greater detail.
