can't find dedicated server on v20

when i installed v20 I couldnt find the dedicated server file. I looked on blockland web and i didn't know how to make a dedicated server didn't get it. So I looked on help about it and that did not work. And i did not know that there was a option when you install v20 update! what do i do now?

Reinstall Blockland, but check off "Download Dedicated Server Files" or something like that.

Is there a way of not reinstalling blockland? I know it's safe and stuff but I don't want to reinstall the game.
