probably going to shut down tomorrow. looking for someone else to takeover as head government. you can: kick people out of the government promote lower ranks form crew place bounties clear bounties place government spawns *forgive/pardon pirates *issue attack orders *issue buster call1 *control of any government facility, and can issue them to be shut down *appoint non marine nobles (kings) who can then appoint lesser royalty to form a kingdom. * not done yet 1call upon an admiral or 5 vice admirals to attack an island, and eliminate all threats at any cost. I will probably put the server back up after explosive damage. i will also have to add sensei student, which will allow a certain skill to be controlled that previously had no use. |

In short, the first type of Haki allows you to sense where people are, their emotions, and strength in comparison to something, the second type allows you to attack through a Devil Fruit user's defense (even logia), and the third can knock out "weak" willed people. I just use the romanized version of the names: Kenbunshoku, Busoshoku, and Haoshoku.
