We usually do tf2lobby and do a practice match the day before the match

Well, is that because you don't have opposing teams to play or because you don't have 9 online nightly?
I asked because my team's leader is really involved with the HL community, and even though we're in plat now we were in steel last season. Meaning he knows like everyone and could get you in touch with other leaders of teams at the skill level you guys are up to. Also, since ESEA is starting up again, I opted to move from starter to backup for my team, and can play with you guys if you need more people to fill a team for scrims a couple of nights a week (not matches).
