If any of you have been to my server a while back you know what my city looks like. Now take a look at this, now i know alot of you are going to say " oh its fine if you give credit" but the thing is i told him specifically NOT to use it.

If he's using your build for his own because he likes it you should be flattered.
If he is claiming he made your build then he is a no good build stealing lying friend.
You can't simply tell someone not to save bricks because there is nothing stopping anyone from doing it. If you don't like it then just host private servers.
