Anyways, you should just part with your build and let bygones be bygones. It's a stuffty server, anyways. Your hard work was hard work, but isn't the accomplishment of finishing it and knowing you made it enough? It's yours, yes. We believe you that it's yours, so that's that, anyways.
Yes, I do believe it is wrong. If I was you, I would have laughed my pants off at the whole situation. Since you've established that it's a stuffty server and the host is stuffty, I don't even know what I'm trying to say, I think I'm just rambling on.
But anyways, sorry to hear that your build got stolen.
