RTB Server Control Gui

I dont know how to find my RTB server control gui. I mapped controls for it but it wont come up when i need it or click the buttons i mapped for it.

Open the admin menu and manually click it.

Ok but its also not showing up in the admin menu either.

Then you don't have rtb installed correctly.

So should i uninstall and then re-install?
