Is Mount Mod built into FFC?

I was going through my files and such, and In Bl I typed /ffchelp, and it listed the commands in the mount mod. But that's a separate mod isn't it? Or is The mount mod built into FFC as well?

There's a separate mod that has mount as well as the command in FFC.
