EDIT: 5 seconds in blender

8 slices, smooth shaded individually so it doesen't look too smooth, but also still looks like a perfectly rounded model

DAYUM! It looks a little disproportionate for a 50 cal but other than that its awesome! Can you hook me up with the .blend file?

If you really did make the model in the OP, I'm sure you could recreate it yourself, no?

can I see some of your other work?

I just want to make sure hes not just stealing the model, and getting away with it

the bullet, compared to the sniper, looks REALLY out of place don't you think?

No it doesn't. It doesn't because nothing else is smooth shaded like your bullet is; with separate smoothing groups- because i don't know how to do that. The only thing that is smooth shaded are the red scope pieces but that's because they are separate from the rest of the sniper, and I just click the "smooth" option for them. When I try "smooth" on the bullet, it smooths the whole thing, and the only way to get it to look like yours is if I double up the edge loops to form a crease. Other then that nothing is smooth shaded to look like your bullet. It also may be an artifact of the render, because the render did make it look really glowing yellow, among the dull and darker colors. What kind of proof do you want?

Keep in mind that I made these almost a year ago, so ive improved quite a bit. But these models still look decent. (These were made for Blockland)
