KIDS. not teenagers or adults.
the difference is:
Kids come as handicaps, do handicapped stuff, get banned, turn into teenagers, look back at their handicapation andrealize what they were doing wrong. Then they come back without the mental handicapation.
example: Daniel Rogers Giratina, who then came back as Sniper-three numbers I can't remember, 461 I think
Teenagers/adults come as handicaps, do stupid things and get banned, try to come back and get banned again, rinse and repeat. Then they angst about the forums.

KIDS actually see what they did wrong when they grow up, TEENS and ADULTS don't. Provided they were stupid in the past.
