| Bricks that are owned by nobody that anyone can build on and destroy |

Is there a way to create bricks that are owned by nobody that anyone can build on, paint, wrench and destroy? Though some limitations should be in place like no wanding. I could really use a script like this. Posted in suggestions: http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=181142.0 |
