Lattice Brick horizontal help

I made a Lattice brick , but going horizontal. It isn't the right size of the Brick. (X = 5, Y= 2, Z= 4)
This is what it looks like. The block Underneath is the size it should be.Please help me get it to the right size.

I told you how to fix it, if you have it at the right size in blender, apply scale, rotation and location
o, and Jes, you had it almost perfect, but you capitalized my name :P
if you are having problems with the actual size in blender, http://dl.dropbox.com/u/22217440/1x1F.blend
download that, and use modifiers to get the right size
or would you prefer the one I was inspired to create today by you?

Why shod he make it in blender? It would probably be easier to reverse the x and z or y and z. BLB specialist, eh? More like 3d2blb specialist.
