Is there any way to download add ons without reinstalling bl?

Every time I download an add on, I have to uninstall and reinstall bl, but it gets broing, so is there any other way to get the add ons working?

yes, you download them normally, I don't see why you have to reinstall

I've never encountered someone with this kind of problem, what happens when you dont reinstall?
