Is it okay that I do some of these things when I'm admin?

No I meant in the fact that if they blatantly go out of their way to insult the server or an admin, that's an immediate ban.

I think banning someone for lacking intelligence is bad, partially because most of t hem don't do things to actually hurt the server. If they are being an idiot by spamming or some other annoying stuff, then yes I ban them all the time.
Other then that you sound like a A grade admin.

No, I meant banning them if all they say is "x is badmin" and don't provide any valid reasons why.
