| Is it okay that I do some of these things when I'm admin? |

harshness? what? I'm not going to sit around and babysit players who need "time outs" ever hour or so. Time trialed bans accomplish absolutely nothing. It's just a way administrators try to sound organized and well justified. Whether or not you ban a player from your server for a day or eternity doesn't change the fact that he has an attitude he needs to change. I allow players on my server to appeal to their bans, but I'm not going to stand up for someone who's been antagonizing my server's population on an annual basis. |

None of these points are wrong. I actually (and unfortionatly) use the -1 to much times, but usualy unban them after 2 minutes. :S |

I ban people perma on my own server. And my banlist is cleared every time I start BL or start a server or every day. So, nothing much from me. If I moderate on other servers though, I put some control and think considering it's not my server and I'm just an administrator, not the creator or the host. |
