The first picture in the thread states one of the rules, the second picture shows the person hanging, but cat is also in the middle of playing so he can't do anything about it.

He said nothing like that, he was just playing his server lol. god forbid a host decides to play his server instead constantly be on a watchout for no good troublemakers.
