Meeting Badspot isn't a huge deal. He came to 3 Admin Server 3's server before.
Meeting famous people is slightly easier. Though I recall meeting Bushido.
Not to mention heedicalking when he is online.
Though Bushido and I ending up argueing about T+T.

BanManager::isBanned is not called on ID 0, or the host. I don't know about ID 1.

It kind of makes sense because if something breaks and a valid bl_id is not supplied, it defaults to 0. He'd be banned from a bunch of servers on accident.
