he probably just coded it so that you can't delete a client who has the BL_ID $= 0

I disagree with your numbers. Badspot has joined my server 3 times.

BanManager::isBanned is not called on ID 0, or the host. I don't know about ID 1.
It kind of makes sense because if something breaks and a valid bl_id is not supplied, it defaults to 0. He'd be banned from a bunch of servers on accident.
