Borg Engine, Diplomatic Immunity, and Duty Officers let you go above Warp 9. I dunno how much Duty Officers and Diplomatic Immunity get you, but the Borg Engine gives you Warp 14 and I think I top Warp 22...dunno how. |

The Quantum Slipstream Drive ability is granted to all classes upon reaching Vice Admiral 1. It allows a ship to travel at Warp 20 for 30 seconds. |
