I really like these.
The short style is really rather interesting, and it's not entirely talking about the same sort of things.
I think it would be interesting to include atleast one article that features, say, the number 1 Gallery Topic of the week, or ask for recommendations of really interesting servers visited during the week, where the author could attempt to visit, experience and feed back about some good servers currently running.
Similarly, you could try including top Add-Ons of the week, or other discussed mods/add-ons from the Modding Forums, as well as continue with the Clan topics. But I personally would advise to stay away from including things from the Drama section, even if it's directly related to Blockland. I think it's nicer to give praise or raise discussion over new clans and servers and builds, rather than to criticise the actions of a few, considering how short you keep the articles.
I'd like to suggest that it would be a little bit longer, perhaps including 3-4 larger articles and 1-2 smaller articles an issue, but that would be something for the author to think about himself. It wouldn't be fair to ask for him to over-run himself on just his third issue.
While I do enjoy the PDF file system, and I approve it over the blog system, I do think that implementing the two together via a Tumblr account would work quite well.
For example, simply posting a link and a message about the latest issue. That could be a brief synopsis on what's covered and then the link to the PDF.
Long post on ideas aside, I really enjoyed both of them.
I look forward to seeing more.
But I do think they should be spaces apart a little more.
