Server List always says my server doesn't have RTB

Basically whenever you see my server on the server list, under where it says if you have RTB or not it always says no even though I do. What could be causing this?

Is it dedicated?

Yes.

Danny Boy:

Never mind I got it, I just reinstalled RTB and it worked.
