I tried to mod it to use PNGs, but it simply doesn't know how to use them, so we're stuck with the choppy .BMPs unless someone knows how to mod Java.
I'm going to back up the Textures folder and replace all the textures, even if I'm stuck with .BMPs.

Oh God, how did I forget BMP literally has ZERO transparency support? Something wasn't clicking in my head, they must have some complex system for removing white around images... This might get ugly.
Also, I don't see lips in this texture folder, might be in another or formed with vectors.
