VCE Saving

Hey, so as some know currently I'm working a Medieval RPG, however I have run into a problem with VCE... I tried using Truce's Saving Variables, but it doesn't work with the newest version of VCE, I was wondering if maybe nowadays VCE has it built it somewhere? Any help guys?

In the "self" section you can find savevariable at the very bottom within the VCE category.
