This face doesn't seem to work

I requested User Jayce to help me make a set of faces for a video I'm working on. He gave me this as the outcome.

However, it just doesn't seem to wanna work. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Can you try uploading it again?

Everytime I download it and Open it or Save As..., it says the file is invalid.
