When I delete alot of addons this happens!

We have no idea how much music is enabled, the very part you omitted.
Post the entire log up to the first person joins.

Also even if you have a low amount of add-ons, if you have huge packs of tons of things that doesn't help.

Someone already mentioned this, but the following are very datablock heavy (in order, heaviest to lightest):
JVS Content Packs
Vehicles
Weapons
Brick Packs
Emitter Packs
Decal Packs
and a few more, but those are what is going to make up 90% of your datablock total.
