Factory Security is totally dependent on the owner of the factory. Police will hopefully be smart enough to profile these areas for pickpockets.

No. That's cheating. A smart grocer will set up near a factory, however.

Right now, it doesn't. Profiteer and Bureaucrat are the last 2 jobs I need to give duties. They're on my to-do after the election stuff.

It will work, however, by buying crates from factories and transporting them to the lot.

It will work, however, by buying crates from factories and transporting them to the lot.

Crates will cause it to automatically expand vertically.
