I'm sorry. I'm really trying to be helpful. I know it helps me to flesh out my ideas to have questions asked. I'll stop though.
IMO, having only the profiteers have the aut-tower is a bad idea, but I'm going to assume you know what you're doing.
Here's the first floor to a tower. I'm not sure it's what you're looking for (It's pretty crowded) But there it is.
