It's really up to you. If the bugs are minor, I'd open it. But if you have huge concerns, then I would keep it in beta until those concerns are relieved. I'll have all your civics done really soon. |

I'd love it to be open, however if it isn't stable enough for the number of players likely to join in and the game was constantly giving out problems where we couldn't really proceed there wouldn't be much fun to enjoy. |
