never

CityRPG:

I've actually looked into it, but I think the decal system Torque has is broken in Blockland. That, and I don't think you can apply decals on anything else but static shapes such as the ground and the bedroom.

What? Spraying things does no harm, so why should it be a crime? And if it was to be used for crime, we'd have to remove it from default tools and make it purchasable.

Hoogle:

I was meaning more grafiti wise. If I'm reading this right 'Crime Enabled' is an option players have to break laws right? Like running over people only when crime enabled. If I have that right I  was thinking that if crime was enabled you could graffiti buildings. leave your mark (though on big bricks that would be quite messy.

Yeah, and while it could be fun messing up other people's builds, I don't want to do this for three reasons:

1. CityRPG needs more emphasis on building. Letting people muss up your work creates an even more acidic environment for builders.
2. I'd need to hotwire the trust system and that will be messy.
3. There's no reward except schadenfreude.
