I think a "dead" lobby would be good for this game. Instead of being banned on death you could become ethereal and muted so you can spectate. And if room is needed on the server you simply wipe out a dead player to make room. Or script something to ban a dead player when someone new joins.

this would be really cool. Add a GUI to respawn players if a griefer joins and I'd use it.
