How do I edit the Soap Box racer?

How do I make an Addon that lets me use an edited soap box racer
(Speed and handling edits WILL NOT GIVE YOU OR RELEASE IT) with the normal one? (Like the flying jeep)

Change the: Namecheck.txt, Vehicle_Soapbox_Racer.zip (or whatever) and change the script file names.
