I'm guessing from the 6-bit being 100000 that you're working in base64? Unless you're using a different method.
I personally use 4-bit hexadecimal.

Fixes
* Painting from Rainbow back to None on a wire brick now works correctly
* Adding More wires to a line no longer triggers onPowerOn or onPowerOff events when the state doesnt change
known bugs:
* Not Gates fail to work sometimes
* Not Gates still don't load oriented right
Server isnt quite updated yet.
