Blender 2.49b DTS Exporter Download Help

I've been searching for a DTS Exporter for Blender for too long now. Every link that I try seems to be broken. I can't get to jsgreenwalts or garagegames to download the DTS Exporter. Earlier I found a link to download it but it just took me to a blank white page. Even if I find a link, I'm sure I'll have problems after downloading it, so I'm pretty much stuck before step 1 on most DTS Exporter guides.

It would be nice if someone posted a link that works for them. I really just want to export my dumb Kart vehicle and start the scripting process, not waiste my time with exporting. I've literally been stuck on this for 3 days now. Searching the forums and google has failed me. What a depressing situation...
