Need answers for a dedicated server problem.

Well, my friend is trying to run a dedicated server (Already paid, so I don't want him to waste money) and he can't access any colorsets he downloaded, it only shows the default ones. Anyone looking around in the forum please help. :D

CityRPG:

Start a regular nondedi game.
Use rtb to select a colorset.
Quit.
Host dedi.

I'd contact the service provider for information on how to do this.
