I will make a good block bot.. here is my cover letter to become blockbot too: Dear Ephilates, I am very good at being admin because i usually check rtb chat like two times a week. and I can probably like make sure they dont spam becuase i can EASILY tell whats spam and whats not... so I think i will be a very good addition to the block bot crew.
